About me
Rusty Gilbert, is a Certified Peer Specialist at Grady Memorial Hospital's Project Arrow. Through his life experiences and his own mental health diagnosis. He is passionate about helping individuals find their own path to recovery. Along with life experiences, Rusty is trained in Open Dialogue, CT-R, and meditation with a focus on objective awareness because he feels that seeing clearly is the first step in making positive change in one’s life. Outside of work, Rusty enjoys sports, the outdoors, self-care, volunteering, and creating art from broken glass and copper which speaks to the beauty of transformation and the power of resilience. It is a reminder that no matter what life throws at us, we can always find a way to make it more beautiful.
